Desiring the Highlander

Desiring the Highlander - Michele Sinclair Those of you who know me know that I have a weakness for a hero who has a troubled past. I love the man who isn’t quite perfect and needs the woman, who he has vowed never to want, to dig just a little into his heart and help deal whatever childhood trauma he has been dealing with all of his life. I am happy to say that this is one of those books.

Cole McTiernay has turned out to be one of my favorite heroes. You see, Cole loathes anything and everything English. An English soldier had done horrid things to him and his friend and he had made a vow to hate and destroy all the English until the day he died. His anger and hatred had served him well. He was asked to be Laird of a nomadic group of Highlanders and all was well until another man, Dugan was put into the mix, and he was well liked by all. Now they were in talks, the arguments and discussions and still no leadership decision. Cole might have the army but Dugan had the charisma.
