I went into this book not too interested in the characters. Yes, I knew them both, but I was pretty sure that this book would be the one to shake me of my Psy-Changeling glom. But alas.... I am still furiously reading them.... :)Riley Kincaid is the right hand man for the SnowDancer alpha. He is the organizer, the dependable solidier, and 100% dominant. Based on his own childhood experiences and the trauma of his sister Brenna's abduction, Riley has made the decision that the only thing he wants in a mate is a submissive housewife. Any other type of woman is too hard to protect and after failing his sister, he couldn't handle failing a mate. His plans are set in stone. And with a nickname like "The Wall", it is clear to see that his plans rarely change. Until he is teamed up with the DarkRiver sentinel Mercy to work as the liasons between the two Packs. With Riley and Mercy the sparks fly. But both are stubborn and set in their ways.
