The Window Seat on a Rainy Day

Over the last few weeks, everyone has been raving to me about the Guild Hunters series and since I really enjoy Singh's Psy-Changeling series, I thought it was time to give it a try.

Raphael is the Archangel of New York. He is one of a Cadre of Ten Archangels that essentially control the world. From his office in Archangel Tower, he watches over the city and he controls it. When one of the Cadre of Ten turns rogue, the only person that Raphael can turn to to try to capture him is a Guild Hunter. This group of bounty hunters are in charge of capturing rogue vampires and since the Archangel Uram has turned into one - essentially - the group has the necessary skills to track him down. And Raphael will only accept the best of the Guild Hunters - Elena.
